House is ideal for families or small groups and pets are also welcomed (extra cost). It is completely furnished for eight people. Ground floor of the house has a living room with exit to terrace, kitchen with dining table, one bedroom and one bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped and has fridge, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. First floor has three bedrooms (one with exit to balcony) and one bathroom. You also have air condition in living room, WiFi, bed sheets and towels. Bedrooms are not air conditioned.

    Übergabe des Objektes durch den Besitzer sowie auch des Maklers vor Ort erfolgte sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht. Von der Kaffeemaschine bis zum WLAN ist alles vorhanden. Der Garten ist groß und abgeschlossen und bietet sehr viel Schatten und Platz für mindestens 2 Hängematten. Für Hundebesitzer sehr Ideal. Auf der Terrasse steht ein großer Sonnenschirm unter welchem ein Tisch für bis zu 8 Personen Platz findet. Einziges Manko sind die Fenster und Türen inkl Jalousien welche nur sehr schwer zu öffnen und zu schließen sind. Ebenso sollte unbedingt in den Schlafzimmern ein Ventilator vorhanden sein. Gerade oben wird es sehr heiß.
