On entery into the old city of Rab you'll be met by the white stone of the sunlit Square of St Christopher. There is a fountain in the square embellished with two sculptures of Kalifront and the shepherdess Draga, figures from a legend of chastity and unhappy love.The city is a typically medieval urban centre surrounded by walls that are in large part still standing. The old city is dominated by four bell towers mainly in the Romanesque style.

Krvavica is situated in the central part of Croatian coast, on Makarska Riviera, in the unique combination of mountain Biokovo, green pine woods, white pebble beaches and crystal clear sea.
The beach stretches towards Makarska with numerous small bays hidden from curious eyes, whose peace and silence are disturbed only by whispering of the sea, cry of the seagull and the crickets song.

The municipality of Dugi Rat is situated by the very seaside, along the Adriatic road, and stretches from the village of Podstrana to the town of Omis. At its northern side it is surrounded by Mt Mosnjica, and on its southern side, by the sea of the Brac Channel. This entire area thus lies by the very seafront covering a surface of approximately 12 km2. If considered from the east, this region covers the following villages: Duce, Dugi Rat, Orij, Mali Rat, Sumpetar, Suhi Potok, Krilo and Bajnice. In the foot of Mt Mosnjica are old villages such as: Duce, Krug, Zeljovici and Jesenice.

Opatija, this elegant tourist destination, lies at the centre of the Riviera with the longest tradition of tourism in Croatia. The very attractive geographic position, enabling its warm seas to be quickly reached from many cities in Central Europe (only about 500 km from Milan, Vienna and Münich), lush green scenery and a pleasant climate (45° 20’ north latitude) were some of the main reasons for its beginning and the quick development of its tourism at the end of the 19th century.

Island Brac, the largest island of the central Dalmatian group of islands, the third largest among the Adriatic islands; area 394.57 sq km; population 13,824. It is separated from the mainland by the Brac Channel, from the island of Solta by the so-called Splitska Vrata (Split Gate) and from the Island of Hvar by the Hvar Channel.
