This lovely house is located in a peaceful area in Medulin, about 10km from Pula. Quiet area, 100m2 big lot, terrace, WiFi and grill make this house an ideal choice for your next vacation. The house is modernly furnished and fully equipped to accommodate 8 to 10 people. It has two floors: basement and ground floor. Basement has living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. On the ground floor are situated another living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and terrace. Both kitchens are equipped and have fridge, electric stove, oven, dishes and dining table. There are two air conditioners in the house: one in the basement and the other one on the ground floor. Guests also have washing machine and two parking places. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Pets are not allowed.

NOTE: house is not suitable for groups of young people.
A security deposit in the amount of 200,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
Check-in is from 16h.

    Ein sehr schönes und sauberes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. Mir hat es ein bisschen an der Ausstattung gefehlt zum Beispiel Weingläser. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 40 Minuten bis zum Strand. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
