Guests also have washing machine, SAT/TV and WiFi. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Air conditioning is in the living room and in the hallway. Guests have 2 parking spaces. Pets are not allowed.
NOTE: apartment is not suitable for groups of young people.A security deposit in the amount of 100,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.

08.09.2018 22:09:17Diese Ferienwohnung ist einfach nur klasse!!! Es ist alles vorhanden - Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Staubsauger, eine top ausgestattete Küche. Eine top Wohnung - jederzeit gerne wieder!!

20.06.2016 10:45:32Marco couldn't have been more helpful! We were stranded as a fake account on Airbnb landed us at an apartment nowhere near where we should have been. I messaged Marco 10:30pm and he called straight away. He and the owner then drove in their cars to pick all 6 of us up and take us to his apartment. Any issues we had in the apartment were sorted right away. The apartment itself was beautiful and well located. Please do not hesitate to book and stay with Marco, he was great!! Thank you! 26.02.2016 00:21:48Geräumige, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit drei Schlafzimmern mit je 2m Betten. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Lage ist ruhig und die Entfernung zum Ortszentrum und Hafen (Flaniermeile) ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Weiter verfügt die Ferienwohnung über einen großen Balkon. Ein Grillplatz am Haus kann von allen Mietern genutzt werden. Einziges Manko ist die Klimatisierung. Die Klimaanlage ist im Wohnzimmer und Flur, die Schlafzimmer sind nicht klimatisiert. Im Sommer (Wir hatten über 35 °C) sind so die Schlafzimmer nicht ausreichen zu kühlen. Offene Fenster sind wegen der Mücken auch keine gute Idee. Die Vermieter wohnen in der unteren Wohnung und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Im Angebot war eine Spülmaschine ausgewiesen, die aber fehlte. Nach erfolgter Reklamation wurde diese unverzüglich von den Vermietern in der Küche nachgerüstet.
