This beautifully decorated and stylish apartment "MaRa" is located on the 2nd floor and can host up to 6 people. With its size of 57m2, it consists of a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has a gallery upstairs where two people can sleep on additional two beds (90x200cm & 80x200cm). The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge+freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, etc. Air conditioning (in the living room), washing machine, WiFi, satellite TV, bed linen and towels are available to guests. The parking place is in front of the building. Pets are not allowed. The apartment has 2 French balconies (living room and bedroom).
Not rentable for youth groups.

ONE SMALLER PET IS ALLOWED, WITH EXTRA CHARGE OF 10 EUR / DAY

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 200,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
