Da migliorare lo spazio esterno del balconcino, poichè essendo molto piccolo se ci fosse lo spazio delimitato esterno sarebbe decisamente meglio. Comunque sia quando sei fuori quasi tutto il giorno come appartamento va bene. Ho avuto modo di vedere gli altri sopra più grandi e meritano decisamente. Ma la zona è molto buona comunque.
