Object name: Villa Histra

Villa Histra is situated in Medulin, a popular tourist village in southern Istria. Villa Histra got its name from the beautiful Istrian peninsula, which itself was named after its first inhabitants, the Histri (Latin: Histrii).

The villa has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Each bedroom has TV/SAT, a balcony with outdoor seating and beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, sea and swimming pool.

The ground floor features a spacious open-plan area with a large kitchen, dining room and living room, which includes TV/SAT, a safe and a stereo sound system.

The ground floor has direct access to the swimming pool, which can be heated up to 25°C. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, where you can enjoy the Istrian sun. Next to the pool, there is also a kitchenette, table football and a barbecue.

The highlight of this villa is its 100 m² roof terrace, offering beautiful views of Medulin and the sea. The roof terrace is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture.

The whole villa is air-conditioned and equipped with underfloor heating. Villa Histra also provides a 16A electric vehicle charger.

Quiet hours must be respected both indoors and outdoors from 22:00 to 08:00.

Not suitable for groups of young people.

Note: A security deposit in the amount of 500,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
