Newly built in 2023, Villa Suenos is perfect for a vacation with family and friends who want to have a great time together in beautiful town Medulin.

With its 180m2 living space and 500m2 outside space, the villa can accommodate up to 8 persons.

On the high ground floor there is one bedroom with bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area as well as a bright and open living room furnished with great taste with direct access to the villa´s terrace and pool outside.

On the high first floor there is a laundry room and three more comfortable bedrooms - all with double beds (180x200), its own bathroom and balcony with partial sea-view.

All rooms in Villa are air-conditioned. On disposal, guest also have:
WiFi Internet, Beddings / Towels, Smart TV / Sat, two parking spots and a garage.

The refreshing 32m2 private pool is the centerpiece of the villa and is where you will probably spend most of your holiday. Another highlight is a terrace with grill area where you can prepare delicious local specialties with your loved ones.

    Wir durften für eine Woche in dieser wundervollen Villa unseren Urlaub verbringen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern, jedes Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss besitzt ein eigenes geschmackvolles Duschbad. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten und der Außenbereich mit dem schönen Pool ist sehr schön angelegt und lädt dazu ein, den ganzen Tag dort zu verbringen. Von den Balkonen hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und den Hafen. Ein Bäcker ist fußläufig zu erreichen und auch der Weg zum Strand und zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist nicht weit entfernt. Da die Villa in zweiter Reihe liegt, ist es trotz der Nähe zur Strandpromenade mit diversen Restaurants, Kneipen und einer Disko ruhig im Haus. Ein rundherum toller Urlaub liegt hinter uns und wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett und freundlich, er ist für jede Frage offen und versucht zu helfen wenn Hilfe benötigt wird. Die Außenanlagen mit Gasgrill und Pool lässt keine Wünsche mehr offen. Es war alles perfekt bis auf das 7 Tage in so einer Villa einfach viel zu wenig sind, wir wäre da am liebsten garnicht mehr weg. Somit zu 100% weiterzuempfehlen, gerne immer und immer wieder :)
