This lovely house with swimming pool is situated in a quiet location, 500m from old Medulin center. Peaceful location, terrace with swimming pool and barbecue make this house an ideal choice for your next vacation. House is new, modern and accommodates 4 to 6 people. It has two floors (ground and first) but only the ground one is furnished. It is divided in two parts. Left part has a living room, double bedroom and bathroom. The right part has a kitchen, another double bedroom and also a bathroom. Living room and kitchen are air conditioned. Living room also offers sleeping possibility for two extra people. Kitchen is fully equipped and has fridge with freezer, electric stove, oven, filter coffee machine, kitchen utensils, TV and dining table. Guests also have washing machine, WiFi and parking. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Pets are not allowed.

Note: A security deposit in the amount of 300,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.

    Sehr schöne neue Wohnung. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. In der Küche hochwertige Geräte. Schöner großer Fernseher im Wohnzimmer auch mit deutschen Sendern. Leider war noch keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, war aber auch nicht beschrieben. Der Anschluss dafür ist bereits vorhanden.
