This modern apartment is situated in the newly constructed apartment complex, close to the sea. Nearest beach is 300m, and tourist center 500 meters distant. Sandy beach is only few minutes drive away. Apartment is on two floors, first and second, and offers accommodation for six people. Upper level has an air conditioned living room, kitchen and balcony with splendid sea view. Kitchen is fully equipped and includes: electric stove with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and cooking utensils. Lower level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and also a balcony with sea view. Bedrooms are not air conditioned. Air condition is in the hallway and also upstairs in the living room. Guests have washing machine, WiFi and one parking place. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Guests can also freshen' up in the swimming pool which is shared with other guests in the apartment complex. Pets are not allowed.
Note: A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order. CHECK-IN FROM 16H.

    Lokalizacja na 10, widoki z balkonów niezapomniane. Z jednej strony widać basen, z drugiej przystań. Mieszkanie przestronne. Jest na prawdę przepięknie. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone.

    Positiv: insgesamt sehr geräumig, Schlafräume gut ausgestattet und geräumig, toller Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den Hafen, noch tollerer Blick (Sonnenuntergang) von den Balkonen. Der Pool war ein Segen. Das Mobiliar sehr hochwertig. Teller, Gläser im Überfluss. Negativ: nur 1 Parkplatz war vorgesehen und dieser auch nicht konkret zugeteilt. In der Küche hätte ich mir (im Verhältnis zu Geschirr) mehr Töpfe und Utensilien gewünscht. Wäscheständer musste erst angefragt werden?! Der große (sehr schwere) Sonnenschirm war defekt. Der neue wurde uns nur vor die Türe gestellt?! Wir sollten ihn selber an/abmontieren? Auch die frische Wäsche wurde uns nur in einem großen Sack vor die Türe gestellt. Wir haben die von uns gewechselte Wäsche in das Tourismusbüro gebracht. Dennoch würden wir nächstes Jahr wieder buchen.
