Apartment "Aurelia Maris" is located in a quiet area of Medulin, 900m from the sandy beach of Bijeca and 500m from the tourist center. Guests may use the large swimming pool, which is available to all residents of the complex. An elevator in the building is also available to guests.

This modern apartment on the 1st floor is the perfect choice for your next summer vacation. It can accommodate up to 5 people and with its size of 84m2 it consists of a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (+Separate Toilet) and a balcony. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm), while the second bedroom has two separate beds (90x180). In the living room there is a possibility of sleeping for one person on the sofa bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils for cooking and eating, refrigerator + freezer, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The highlight of this apartment is the wonderful full view of the sea, which is visible from the living room and from the balcony. The apartment has two air conditioners, in the living room and in the hallway (the bedrooms are not air conditioned). Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine, WiFi internet, Sat/TV, bed linen and towels (one small and one large towel per person/week).

A storage room for bicycles or other equipment is also available to guests.
One parking space is provided directly in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 200 EUR (Cash only) must be left on the day of arrival and will be returned on the last day if everything is in order with the accommodation.
