The building is located in a perfect location, only 50m from tourist center and 100m from sandy beach.

IMPORTANT: One parking space per apartment is guaranteed in front of the building, in the parking lot, free of charge. If you are coming with two vehicles, there is also an additional garage (entrance height and width 230 cm), which you can use free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee that you will successfully park in the garage, as this depends on the dimensions of the vehicle and access to the garage.

Leider bedeutet Nähe zum Strand aber auch, dass man den Beach-Club hört… die Musik ist dort bis 1.30 Uhr nachts zu hören (je nachdem, in welchem Zimmer man liegt). Schade, dass es immer wieder sehr laute Nachbarn gibt, dessen Kinder unentwegt trampeln oder nebenan Musik voll aufdrehen. Fazit: Tolles Appartement, für laute Nachbarn kann der Vermieter nichts, die Lage ist aber unschlagbar und die Aisstattung ist völlig i.O.
