Positiv: die Nähe zum Strand und in die Stadt, besser geht es nicht in Medulin! Leider bedeutet Nähe zum Strand aber auch, dass man den Beach-Club hört… die Musik ist dort bis 1.30 Uhr nachts zu hören (je nachdem, in welchem Zimmer man liegt). Schade, dass es immer wieder sehr laute Nachbarn gibt, dessen Kinder unentwegt trampeln oder nebenan Musik voll aufdrehen. Fazit: Tolles Appartement, für laute Nachbarn kann der Vermieter nichts, die Lage ist aber unschlagbar und die Aisstattung ist völlig i.O.
