This modern apartment is situated in the newly constructed apartment complex, close to the sea. Nearest beach is 300, and tourist center 500 meters distant. Sandy beach is only few minutes drive away. Apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. With its 45 m² size, it offers: one double bedroom, an air conditioned living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and balcony with partial sea view. Kitchen is fully equipped which includes electric stove with oven, dish washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, dishes and cutlery. Guests can also freshen' up in the swimming pool which is shared with other guests in the apartment complex. Pets are not allowed. Bed sheets, towels and parking place are included in price.
NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 100,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.

    Sehr schönes, großes, helles Appartement. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Parkplatz ist vor der Haustür. Kiesstrand zum baden in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Sandstrand geht man ca 15 min. Lage ist top, Supermarkt, Bäckerei und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen auch mit Kleinkind.
