With its 80 m² size, it offers: two double bedrooms, an air conditioned living room combined with kitchen, two shower bathrooms and terrace with view of the sea, olive trees and Mediterranean herbs. The master bedroom is handicap accessible, has its own bathroom and access to terrace. Bedrooms are not air conditioned, and both double beds have mosquito nets. Kitchen has everything necessary for preparing a nice meal: electric stove with oven, microwave, big fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, water heater, filter coffee machine, dishes and cutlery. Highlight of the apartment is 80 m² big terrace where you will surely enjoy making barbecue with your friends, and bonus is a communal swimming pool where you can freshen' up during those hot summer days. You also have WiFi, washer/dryer and two parking spacec. Pets are not allowed. Bed sheets and towels are included in price.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 200,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
