This ground floor apartment can accommodate 5 persons. The apartment offers: two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room with possibility of sleeping for one person, kitchen and a private terrace with grill. Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. All bedrooms + living room have air-condition. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.

Important House Rules:
- Quiet hours must be observed both indoors and outdoors from 22:00 to 08:00. During this time, noise, loud music, shouting, use of the swimming pool, and any behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors are prohibited.
- Groups of young people under the age of 25 are not permitted. If you have booked an apartment for a group in which the majority of guests are under 25 years old, please contact us immediately.
- Group bookings are not permitted. It is not possible to book two or more apartments for the same group of guests.
