This luxurious ground floor apartment can accommodate 6 people. With its 190m2 size, the apartment offers: three bedrooms, three bathrooms, air conditioned living room, kitchen and roofed terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen has electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.

Important House Rules:
- Quiet hours must be observed both indoors and outdoors from 22:00 to 08:00. During this time, noise, loud music, shouting, use of the swimming pool, and any behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors are prohibited.
- Groups of young people under the age of 25 are not permitted. If you have booked an apartment for a group in which the majority of guests are under 25 years old, please contact us immediately.
- Group bookings are not permitted. It is not possible to book two or more apartments for the same group of guests.
