Description
Object name: Villa Marko
This first floor apartment can accommodate six people. It provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioned living room, kitchen and two balconies. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third one has two single beds (90x200cm). Kitchen has gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order. Apartment is not suitable for youth groups. Swimming pool can be used 9 - 22h. Visitors from outside the house only on request.

05.08.2026 15:41:44Eine sehr saubere und schöne Unterkunft mit reichlich Platz. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Uns wurde sogar innerhalb von 5 Minuten ein Toaster noch gebracht. Sehr viel Stauraum vorhanden. Wir fanden es etwas schade, dass die Außeneinheiten der Klimanlage genau bei den Sitzgelegenheiten der Balkone angebaut wurden, da diese etwas laut waren. Von der Lage her ist die Villa super, da ruhig gelegen in einer Seitenstraße und trotzdem alles schnell auch fußläufig erreichbar ist. TV-mäßig waren auch deutsche Sender und sogar Streamingdienste vorhanden. Nachtruhe ist streng einzuhalten, da hatten wir etwas zu tun mit unserem behinderten Sohn. Bei Problemen wäre das Vermieterbüro direkt um die Ecke schnell erreichbar, aber das war nicht notwendig, da alles in Ordnung war.

25.06.2021 18:50:50Unterkunft ist modern und sauber. Perfekt für Familien. Schöner kleiner Pool mit Grillmöglichkeit. Hafen, Strand und Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten wieder eine schöne Zeit in Medulin. Danke
