This second floor apartment can accommodate six people. With its 140 m², size, the apartment offers: three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioned living room, kitchen and terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen is equipped with electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. All three bedrooms have a double bed. One bathroom has a shower cabin and the other one a bath tub. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order. Apartment is not suitable for youth groups. Swimming pool can be used 9 - 22h. Visitors from outside the house only on request.

    Wohnung war klasse. Der Service von Marco Polo Reisebüro war ebenfalls sehr unkompliziert und toll. Wir werden diese Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen. (In der Küche könnten mehr Schüsseln und Pfanne vorhanden sein. Salate waren a bisserl schwierig zum Zubereiten). Aber dies nur als kleine Anmerkung. Bitte grüßen Sie auch die Besitzer (oder ehem. Besitzer) der Villa, die gegenüber wohnen. Die durften wir am Strand kennenlernen und haben uns über soviel Gastfreundschaft sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Nürnberg Fam.
