This modern apartment is situated in the newly constructed apartment complex, close to the sea. Nearest beach is 300, and tourist center 500 meters distant. Sandy beach is only few minutes drive away. Apartment is situated on the second floor and can accommodate 2 to 4 people. With its 59 m² size, it offers: one double bedroom with TV, an air conditioned living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and balcony with partial sea view. The kitchen is fully equipped which includes electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, water heater, dishes and cutlery. Guests can also freshen' up in the swimming pool which is shared with other guests in the apartment complex. Pets are not allowed. Bed sheets, towels and parking place are included in price.

NOTE: A security deposit in the amount of 100,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.

    Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, die Lage ist super, man ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten an der Promenade. Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig dunkel, dort könnte man hellere LED einbauen.
